The Art

More than just martial arts.

Filipino Martial Arts — known as Arnis, Kali, or Eskrima — is one of the oldest and most practical fighting systems in the world. It teaches weapons first, empty hand second: a reversal of nearly every other martial art.

At MAC we don't just teach technique. We pass down lineage, discipline, and a way of moving through the world with clarity and confidence.

What Students Say

Real students. Real progress.

"
Guro Lawrence built my confidence from day one. I walked in with zero experience and now I train weapons, empty hand, everything. Best decision I've made.

Common questions.

I've never trained before. Where do I start?+

Right here. Every student starts with a free intro class where Guro Lawrence walks you through fundamentals — no experience needed, no pressure.

What exactly is Arnis / Kali?+

Filipino Martial Arts (FMA) — a weapons-first system built around rattan sticks, blades, and empty-hand combat. Practical, efficient, and deeply rooted in Filipino heritage.

Is it safe for kids?+

Yes. Our youth program uses padded training tools, strict safety protocols, and a curriculum designed to build focus and respect before contact.

What do I need to bring?+

Just yourself, water, and athletic clothes. We'll provide training sticks for your first class.

How often should I train?+

Twice a week is the sweet spot for steady progress. Members can attend as many classes per week as their schedule allows.
